Mrs. Wiebold
Grade 1
Linda Wiebold, a graduate of Concordia University, St. Paul, helped get Redeemer Lutheran School started and then took time off when their two children were born. She became a children's minister for 12 years at another Lutheran church and then came back to teach at Redeemer. She lives in Eden Prairie with her husband, Howie, who is in marketing for Honeywell. Their children are graduates of Redeemer, which prepared them well for their careers. Their son, Matt, is married to Natalie and is finishing his doctoral degree in electrical engineering at UW-Madison. Their daughter, Megan, is a ABC TV news reporter in Eau Claire, WI.
Linda loves working with first grade children because they are like little sponges - eager to soak up everything. Her father instilled in her the love for Minnesota birds, which she especially enjoys sharing with the children. She believes Redeemer's greatest asset is the strong emphasis on God. "God is evident in all we do at Redeemer, be it in religion class, gym class or on the playground."
Linda enjoys traveling, walking with friends, reading and gardening.

Mrs. Boeder
Grade 2
Hi! I am Mrs. B.
have been teaching God’s children for about 24 years. I thoroughly enjoy spreading the Gospel every day in my classroom. Our students have a great desire to learn about, serve and obey our awesome Lord and Savior. It is a great privilege to grow along with them, as we both continue to discover how our Almighty God is in control of everything, every subject, and everyone in this magnificent world He created.
My wonderful husband and I have two fantastic sons. Our oldest son, James, graduated from Concordia-Nebraska. He is teaching theology, anatomy, and physical education at Sierra Lutheran High School in Nevada. He is also coaching volleyball, basketball, and track. Our youngest son, John, just graduated from Concordia-Oregon. John is a DCE intern in Seattle. He is involved in every aspect of the congregation from teaching confirmation classes, heading up retreats, writing songs for the congregation, or teaching a variety of Bible Studies.
When I am not teaching or getting ready for the next school year, I cherish being with my husband, family, and friends. I also love going to the mountains, the beach, taking long walks, and bike riding (plus shopping). I really value and enjoy partnering with my student’s parents. Together, we train God’s children and equip them in mind, body and spirit, to serve our Lord and King.
Thank you, Jesus, for this great opportunity!!!
Ephesians 4:12 to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up
Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men,
Ephesians 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do, immeasurably more, than all we ask or imagine, according to His power, that is at work within us, AMEN!!!!
"Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

Mrs. Zimmer
Grade 4
Jeni Zimmer, a graduate of Concordia University, River Forest has been teaching at Redeemer since 1995 She states, "I cherish my time with the children of Redeemer, and I am blessed to learn and grow with them in the grace of their Savior Jesus Christ."
She sees Redeemer's greatest asset as the vision of equipping children and their families to be disciples of Jesus -- to live the Great Commission.
She enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with family, tennis and dogs.
The Little Children and Jesus
People were bringing little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, "let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.

"For I know the plans I have for you." declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you, "declares the Lord.
